Why a guarantee instead of a trial

Deskback has no free trial. Instead, you can buy it, use the full app on your own desk, and ask for a refund if it doesn’t do the job.

How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address you used to buy, or your order number.
• You don’t need to explain why. If you want to tell us what didn’t work, it helps us improve, but it’s optional.

What happens next

• We issue a full refund through Dodo Payments, our payment processor and Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
• Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show the money back on your statement.
• Your license key is disabled once the refund goes through.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are not refundable, except where the law in your country says otherwise. If something is broken, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.
